I was wondering what you charge for a house per square foot now days? I am hoping I will not have to finance, and have cash to work with. I have about a 1 acre lot in Flint TX in the subdivision of Country Estates Circle next to my Motherâ??s home, I would probably have you knock all the pines down (depending on the cost), or just the ones necessary to build the home, maybe 12 to 18 that probably could be burned on lot, and naturally I would like to keep all the hardwoods. The ones we couldn't I would want to save for firewood. Also I would like to clear the saplings. Some leveling would be needed though it is fairly level. I need a turnkey price. Also the estimated cost of asphalt drive verses concrete, also included in your turnkey price.
Do you know if the city has put sewer in that subdivision yet or would I still need septic? One more question, please, what would it be to have some sort of gray water sprinkler system in. I know now days they have some kind of system for cleaning water.
Please e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Depending on data and price searching, I may be able to start sometime between the middle of next month to end of May 2010. Iâ??ve been very anxious to get back home!
